Winnings achieved through play at Betway Casino do not necessarily need to be withdrawn at the end of each gaming session. You will simply hold a positive account balance and the money will remain at your disposal to play or make a withdrawal at a later time.
Maintaining a positive balance in your account has the following advantages:
a) you will not need to deposit each time you want to play and;
b) you are not likely to exceed your deposit limits unnecessarily
All withdrawal requests are processed through the Banking page within the casino software. To make a withdrawal simply:
• click on the Bank icon
• select the Withdrawal tab
• enter the amount you wish to withdraw (minimum withdrawal of 10€)
• select your Preferred Method of Payment
• complete the details of your Preferred Method of Payment
• review a summary of your withdrawal
• click Withdraw and complete the process
Recommendation: always take note of the Transaction Number quoted on the Withdrawal Successful page and include it in any communication you may have with Customer Support regarding your withdrawal.
Your withdrawal request will appear on our systems immediately and will be processed within 24 hours.
Where relevant, and as far as possible, your withdrawal will be paid back via the means with which you have deposited, up to the value of your deposits. Any remaining balances will be paid via the payment method of your choice. Withdrawals may reflect as a single payment or in increments, depending on the payment option and withdrawal rules/requirements.
Should you enter incorrect details during the withdrawal process for a payment via credit card and/or DBT, an administration fee of 25€ will be charged for the payment to be reversed. A new payment, less the reversal fee, will be issued using the correct details upon notification from the end merchant that funds have been successfully returned to Betway.
NOTE: as a means of security and in compliance with banking regulations, it may be deemed necessary for the casino to request copies of identification documents from a player, before payment of a withdrawal can be made.
